CIVIC3The Loadout Developer Registry
The master card database — every Doctrine (mined→forged sword/shield), Coalition ally (recruited, has HP/upkeep), and Mod (precedent/status-item, some counterfeit) that can ever exist. Every card also carries an axis — Offense / Defense / Coalition / Economic / Utility — the loadout lane it occupies, independent of how it's acquired. GHV0003: for cardClass:'coalition' specifically, the generic 'coalition' axis value has been retired — it was a placeholder that told you nothing (every coalition card trivially had it). Coalition cards now carry a real functional lane: offense / defense / economic / media (media = Institutional Standing, Public Support, Media Reach — the fourth recruitment archetype alongside the obvious three, named this generation). Doctrine/Mod cards are unaffected and keep the original 5-value axis system. A CCS column tracks each amendment's Constitutional Compliance baseline: a SCRIPTED historical-erosion timeline (not a live/player-driven meter yet — that needs real backend infrastructure) that caps an amendment's effective power below 100% until Tier-5 systemic-action cards claw it back.

How this stays honest: every card that touches real law carries a legitimacy flag. Counterfeit cards MUST carry a tell — a readable flaw a diligent player could catch before buying — never a hidden coin-flip. Anything not yet verified against a real citation should read PLACEHOLDER-NEEDS-CITATION, not a confident guess. Coalition rows are archetypes only — no named individuals or real orgs yet; names attach later, same as the god-sheet's "edit the skin, not the bones" philosophy. The book is the ore · the clause is the vein · the roster is recruited, not mined · the table is the law, and the law is up for argument. This is a public read-only record. Changes only happen through the project's own build process, never through this page. Think a number here is wrong or unfair? Request the reasoning or challenge it — FOIA-style, no obfuscation.
